It is sent by email to the founder, who reads it himself. It is not added to a list. There is no newsletter and no sequence — nothing arrives that you did not ask for.

Your note is not sold, rented, traded or handed to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

This website is hosted on Vercel. Delivering a page to your browser passes through their servers, as it would with any host.

No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No profiles built on you.

Where the site measures anything at all, it uses cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), which counts pages rather than people.

Write to concierge@higherstandardla.com and ask. Your note and your address are deleted, and you need give no reason.

Nothing about a client is published without written consent. No name, no photograph, no story, no before and after. That is the house rule, and it does not expire when the work does.

This practice is for adults. The site is not directed at minors, and nothing is knowingly collected from them.
